lights of the ozarks

I LOVE living in Fayetteville during Christmas!  The Lights of the Ozarks in downtown Fayetteville are truly my favorite part of Christmas time here.  The parade right before Thanksgiving is such a fun family event for us and then getting walk around the square during the Christmas season just makes me smile. :)

Checking out the light carousel with Dean Dean

Hannah was tired of waiting on the parade but was definitely enjoying some cheese crackers to pass the time :)

Yay! The parade started!!

Love my sweet husband and cute little family!

Merry Christmas from the Kaundarts!

devil's den

Throughout the fall, both of our parents have spent time camping at Devil's Den outside of Fayetteville.  Though we haven't taken on this venture ourselves, we have gone to visit them during their time there so Hannah could play in the great outdoors...going on "hikes", playing in the dirt and water and smelling like campfire smoke at the end of the day. :)  Needless to say, Hannah loves being outside and we love experiencing God's creation!  We can't wait to take on the new venture of camping with our own family next spring.

thanksgiving part 2

After Thanksgiving in Fort Smith with the Kaundarts, we loaded up and headed down to Dallas to see my family. We spent all weekend watching football, eating, shopping and laughing! It is always so much fun hanging out with my cousins and since we don't get to see them very often, we always make the most of our time together. :)

Hannah found these drums in my cousin's room and played them ALL weekend!

Just watching some football with Dean Dean

Enjoying some wonderful Dallas weather

The boys played lots of football!

Jason and Jack making plans to defeat the Conner cousins...I'm not too sure how the game turned out. :)

My sweet sister :)

Hannah LOVED all the attention all weekend!

Reading with Dean Dean

Doing some after-Thanksgiving shopping with my mom and Aunt Jennifer

Cheering on the Razorbacks against LSU

Hannah LOVES playing dress up with other people's clothes and LOVES cousin Patrick!

We loved being able to spend time with our both our families over Thanksgiving! It was a little crazy but we are truly blessed with amazing families who we enjoy spending time with over the holidays!

thanksgiving part 1

We had a jam-packed, fun-filled Thanksgiving with lots of family and lots of food! We laughed, watched football, went shopping, played outside and just had a wonderful time with both of our families.

On Thanksgiving Day, we headed to Fort Smith for lunch with Jason's family.  Grandma Ruth always cooks up a feast so it was fun to be a part of a Kaundart tradition this year.

Hannah and Lynlee rocking their babies :) (in rocking chairs that used to be their daddys')

Hannah didn't want to stop playing for a picture :(

Hannah LOVED the Christmas tree that was up at Grandma Ruth's house!

Jason carved the yummy turkey!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Kaundarts!

Jason and I LOVE Conway!  For me, this is a new-found love. Jason, however, has loved Conway for a few years since he went to college at UCA.  We love getting to go to Conway whenever we get the chance and this past weekend, we got to go!  One reason we love Conway is because of some of the amazing friends we have there...many have been Jason's friends for several years but I am quickly developing these great friendships as well so it is always a treat and so much fun to go visit!

This weekend was extra special because not only did we get to hang out with some great friends, but I also sponsored my first Premier Designs jeweler!  And I couldn't be more excited about the friendship that has developed in only 3 weeks with this new jeweler.

Corey and Lauren Throneberry were our hosts for the weekend and we seriously had SO MUCH FUN!!! We were only there for about 24 hours but it was jam-packed with fun, food and lots of laughs!

This was our view all the way down 540 to central Arkansas.
Isn't God so amazing?!?

We headed to UCA to catch the football game and check out the B-E-A-utiful campus this time of year!

Then, while Lauren and I spent the weekend talking all things jewelery, the Corey and Jason spent their time together watching stupid and funny YouTube videos :

and playing LOTS of video games:

My sweet new friend and Premier Designs jeweler!

Such a fun weekend with such amazing friends!  Can't wait to make a trip down to Conway again soon!

Halloween was so fun!  Our little family had a blast hanging out with friends and trick or treating in the neighborhood!  And our busy little bumble bee LOVED every minute of it!

Hannah couldn't even wait until we got home to check out her candy stash!  Even though she didn't eat a bite, she was pretty excited to have candy in her bag!

Happy Halloween!

Our sweet Hannah turned 2 on Sunday and have we celebrated!  We can't believe she is 2 already!  Time is definitely flying by and it's happy/sad all at the same time...happy that she is growing into a healthy, independent little girl but sad that she isn't really a baby anymore.  None the less, we have had a GREAT time celebrating our little girl!

The celebration began last weekend with Hannah's little friends "Dora" fiesta!  It was SO fun!  We are so blessed with wonderful friends who love our little girl!!  There were lots of "Dora the Explorer" features throughout the party and it was so fun to put together!

I created a "Chocolate Tree" table out of lots of different chocolate treats.

I used lots of colorful stars as little decorations throughout the party since Dora is a "star catcher". :)

Hannah LOVES Dora!

The menu for this FIESTA included taco soup, chicken tortilla soup, quesadillas and, of course, chips and salsa.  I attempted to create a "forest-y" look on all the windows with streamers and colorful flowers.

The guys enjoyed some Bag-O outside and some Razorback football inside.

Hannah and her very own Dora the Explorer backpack

Hannah wasn't too sure what to think when everyone was singing Happy Birthday.

My girly-girl....not even wanting to touch the cake! HA!

She seriously asked for a fork :)

But still wasn't too sure about the cake

Happy Birthday, sweet Hannah!
